Aims

to promote the profile of ELT practitioners and professionals

to confirm the credentials and to enhance the status of ELT practitioners

to encourage the personal and professional development of ELT practitioners throughout the range of career paths that it is open to the qualified practitioner to pursue

Membership of BIELT provides access to a range of services and facilities, but for those outside BIELT, membership demonstrates professional qualifications, continuous professional development, and a professionalism throughout a member’s work.
